CRM system for Bonduelle Russia with focus on future implementation in other countries. Team: 9 peoples from Bonduelle Russia, 3 international and 5 third party suppliers.
Lead this process based on my technical and business experience. Coordinate work-groups. manage timelines, contract agreements, etc.
Workflow system for Russia, provided consultation and shared best practices with Germany, Italy and France markets.
Build prepayment process, contract and business trips approval for HR department. New product, RFA/DPP payments, price list, on invoice, fix assets process for sales, finance and marketing.
Local project: 6 key users from departments + TOP management for final approval.
EDI and EKeys projects with distributors.
Connected key distributors via EDI, for all others - home-made order desk tool.
International project: integrate local EDI providers with common Bonduelle-EDI system which based abroad.
Electronic signature for logistic department for shipment documents, HR - contracts and business trips tickets.
